Why be a Sponsor?

Sponsoring one of our events provides an excellent opportunity to elevate your business within the local community. By becoming a sponsor, you gain access to a vast network of potential customers, establish your brand as a leader, and increase your visibility in the market. Our sponsorship program offers a range of benefits, including prominent logo placement, targeted advertising, and exclusive networking opportunities. We have nine regular meetings and two half-day meetings per year, so there are many opportunities for you to serve as a sponsor.

Yes, I want to be a sponsor, but what does it cost?

$100 to sponsor a regular monthly meeting.
$250 to sponsor one of our half-day events.
We can support up to two sponsors per event.
Do you want to lock in your sponsorship for the year? You can be an annual sponsor and receive special recognition at all our events for $1,200, a $200 savings.

We feature your logo, tagline, and a link to your website in all email communications sent to more than six thousand HR, administrative, and legal professionals throughout Ventura County. Each event is promoted through multiple email announcements to ensure strong visibility.
Your logo and tagline appear in rotation within the opening slide deck before the program begins. Attendees entering the room see sponsor messages several times as they settle in for the session.
Your logo and website link are highlighted on our website throughout the promotional period for the event. Afterward, your logo remains in our past sponsor section for one year, providing extended exposure to our audience
As the event sponsor, you receive one minute at the beginning of the program to introduce your business, product, or service to attendees.
You will also be tagged in our social media promotions on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms, including a dedicated acknowledgment post thanking you for sponsoring the event.

In addition to the opportunities listed above, as a sponsor, you can send flyers/announcements to your contacts.
You also have the option to raffle a prize at the meeting to encourage further branding and recognition.
