Jodi is the President and CEO of Crossroads Staffing.  Crossroads was named the largest staffing company by the Pacific Coast Business Times for the last 10+ years and prides itself on customer-driven solutions.  Crossroads provides recruitment, training, and interviewing services for businesses throughout California as well as nationwide specialized and executive-level searches. 
Jodi has obtained both her PHR (Professional in Human Resources and CSP (California Staffing Professional) accreditations and has been awarded Top 50 Women in Business by Pacific Coast Business Times and Woman Business Owner of the Year by NAWBO.  Jodi has been in the staffing industry since 1998 and has served on EAC boards of directors since 2004.

Diane’s recent experience includes Human Resources Director at Adams Wine Group. She is bilingual Spanish and English-speaking professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. 
Diane attended California Lutheran University to complete her SPHR and is a member of Professional in Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mr. Treiger concentrates his practice on complex employment and business law counseling and litigation. Mr. Treiger’s employment law practice focuses on litigation prevention and day-to-day employment law counseling, as well as on representing employer clients in federal and state court, administrative or arbitration settings in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, trade secrets, and wrongful termination disputes. In addition, Mr. Treiger handles a wide variety of business transactions for his clients, including drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, forming legal entities, and handling mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Treiger is a frequent speaker and blogger who has authored numerous articles and has appeared on radio shows, including NPR’s Morning Edition. Mr. Treiger obtained his law degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, where he served as senior editor of the law review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Treiger was admitted to the CA State Bar in 1994.
