This seminar will cover Employee Reviews, Performance, and the importance of communication in the workplace. It will also challenge the stigmas given to annual reviews, and whether or not they contribute to a positive culture for employee/employer relations. This seminar will be highly interactive, as we explore the different ways to help employees understand the correlation between their performance and the success of the business.

The seminar will also touch on:

The East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) is composed of employer volunteers representing a cross-section of business and industry.
