Did you know that there is a large pool of qualified workers that most hiring managers and recruiters never see that, if tapped, could solve your staffing shortages?
In this session, you’ll learn why leveraging the hidden talent pool can lead to a better return on your HR and recruitment investment, how tapping the hidden workforce can help advance key strategic initiatives including DEI, and how to adapt your recruiting processes to bring visibility to these unseen workers.

Before rising to divisional CIO at Farmers Insurance Company, Kim held multiple executive-level roles at Fortune 250 companies over her 25-year career. She now coaches leaders to reach their highest professional potential. Kim is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation and holds an MA in anthropology, an MBA, and a BA in psychology from California State University Northridge. She holds a certificate from the Yale School of Management, Women’s Leadership Program.

Rochelle Nitka is a former Vice President and Market Manager leading recruiting teams for Fortune 500 firms with over 20 years of experience in temporary staffing and executive search. She has designed and executed recruiting and retention strategies for Small and Midsize businesses to Fortune 500 clients across the country.
