The program will highlight what to do when there is an employee complaint that implicates harassment, discrimination, or retaliation. Specifically, the program will cover:
- Laws implicated
- What the law requires generally
- Step-by-step instructions of what to do when an employee complaint is filed with the company
- Confidentiality
- Retaliation claims by alleged victim
- Wrongful termination claims by alleged perpetrator

Speaker Information:
Adam K. Treiger is the President and principal of True Course Business Law, APC, a business law firm in Westlake Village, California. Mr. Treiger concentrates his practice on complex employment and business law counseling and transactions. His practice focuses on wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, trade secrets, and wrongful termination issues, and on preparing business agreements, forming legal entities, and handling mergers & acquisitions. In addition to individuals and businesses, Mr. Treiger also represents numerous religious institutions and private schools. Mr. Treiger is a Super Lawyer, is the Group Leader of Provisors’ Westlake Village 3 Group, and is Board Vice President of East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council.
