Employers do not know what hidden skeletons are in their HR closet. HR compliance audits uncover a variety of HR issues that can save them fines, penalties, and lawsuits. Using real life case studies, this presentation highlights common HR issues, such as deficiencies in new hire documentation, I-9 forms, leaves of absence issues, among a host of other things.
