Employers do not know what hidden skeletons are in their HR closet. HR compliance audits uncover a variety of HR issues that can save them fines, penalties, and lawsuits. Using real life case studies, this presentation highlights common HR issues, such as deficiencies in new hire documentation, I-9 forms, leaves of absence issues, among a host of other things. Attendees will learn about common problem areas and how to address those issues.

Barry is the Chief HR Guy and CEO of JorgensenHR and its subsidiaries Strategies 4 HR and Quad-County HR, an HR consulting firm. JorgensenHR assists 350 employers with outsourced HR, retained HR services, HR audits/assessments, Affirmative Action Plans, Workplace Investigations and almost everything HR. JorgensenHR is also the preferred HR firm for 30 employment attorneys.

Barry serves on the board of directors Valley Industry and Commerce Association, co-chairs the Labor and employment committee, the Non-Profit Committee, and the PIHRA Woodland Hills chapter. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Restaurant Association, LA Chapter.
