This presentation significantly enhances HR knowledge by moving beyond generational stereotypes into deep cultural decoding. It provides a comprehensive profiling of five generations—Silent, Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, and Gen Z—to help HR professionals understand the “why” behind workplace behaviors like questioning authority, setting digital boundaries, and demanding frequent feedback. By analyzing seven real-world case studies, HR leaders will gain the skills to mediate conflicts that are often mislabeled as personality clashes but are, in fact, generational misunderstandings.

Tarshia Rodgers is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience and deep expertise in all aspects of Human Resources. As a Director-Level HR Consultant and Manager of Talent Acquisition at New Level Resources, she has demonstrated success in key areas including Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HR Policies.

She is experienced in DiSC assessments, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence training, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, enhancing her ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. With a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from SHRM and as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Tarshia integrates strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational success and promote an inclusive, engaging workplace.
