Deanna Ball, PhD, is a trained organizational psychologist, certified professional coach, and consultant, as well as the founder of HPOpartners, LLC. Dr. Ball brings over 25 years of diversified executive-level experience in human resources, leadership, team and organization development, and talent management. Her passion is helping leaders and individuals unleash their full potential for themselves, their teams, and their organization. Having served much of her career in executive-level roles in Fortune 500 companies, Deanna understands the challenges of leading in today’s highly complex organizations. Her expert guidance and coaching help leaders navigate these complexities, maximize team performance, and optimize their own leadership potential. Deanna’s experience includes executive-level roles at Bank of America, where she led a team of change experts in driving the now infamous acquisition of Countrywide. This merger and integration was one of the most complex large-scale change efforts in US History and will be the subject of study for decades to come. Most recently, she served as the Head of Global Organization Effectiveness for Medtronic, Inc., a global leader in healthcare technology with over 90,000 employees and spanning more than 150 countries and 350 locations around the world. In this role, Deanna was accountable for several functions, including talent data & analytics, change management, team effectiveness, organization design, development, and consulting.
The East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) is composed of employer volunteers representing a cross-section of businesses and industries.
