Topic Description:
This presentation will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of having a remote or hybrid workforce. It will cover recent legal developments relating to a remote workforce, such as employer reimbursement requirements. It will also address the challenges an employer may face when managing an employee who is not at the same job location. These challenges include various wage and hour requirements and off-site performance management.

Michelle has handled multitudes of class action wage and hour and Private Attorneys General Act cases. Her experience also includes aggressively representing her clients in matters involving issues of trade secret and noncompete litigation.
