Tarshia Rodgers is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience and a deep expertise in all aspects of Human Resources. She has a BA in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach. As a Director Level HR Consultant and Manager of Talent Acquisition with New Level Resources, she has demonstrated success in key areas such as Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HR Policies and Organizational Development. She is experienced in DiSC assessments, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence training, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, enhancing her ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. With a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from SHRM and as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Tarshia integrates strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational success and promote an inclusive, engaging workplace.
