As a Director Level HR Consultant and Manager of Talent Acquisition with New Level Resources, she has demonstrated success in key areas such as Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HR Policies and Organizational Development. She is experienced in DiSC assessments, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence training, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, enhancing her ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
