Speaker Information:

Bukky Osifeso is a transformative HR strategist and founder of TAG Team. With over two decades of experience at leading global companies – Netflix, Disney, and Amgen, she brings deep operational insight, strategic HR expertise, and people-first leadership to her work. Her unconventional journey into HR began as an office manager, eventually leading her to earn degrees in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.

Her career has spanned regulated industries, creative enterprises, and high-growth tech environments—shaping a leadership philosophy grounded in trust, empathy, and integrity.

Bukky founded TAG Team to provide flexible, on-demand HR leadership for startups and SMEs, using a unique “tag in, tag out” model. Her work emphasizes culture, leadership development, organizational design, and scalable HR
solutions.

Bukky believes HR is about holding space for people during key moments of their work lives. She advocates for empathetic, purpose-driven leadership and mentors the next generation of HR leaders. Through TAG, she is redefining the future of work by building human-centered cultures where performance and people thrive together.
