As Founder of Reliance Safety Consultants, Cardiel personally knows how it feels to see your loved ones injured at work. When he was eight years of age and came home from school one day, Cardiel’s father was at home with a broken arm. His arm was almost severed at work on equipment due to lack of training, lock-out tag-out procedures, or safety oversight. Injuries at work cause emotional and financial hardships to families, and financially impact companies and decreasing profits. This personal connection fuels Cardiel’s passion for safety and compliance. Cardiel’s staff of Safety Professionals are Authorized OSHA Instructors and have degrees and certifications in the Occupational Safety and Environmental field.
